The only criteria for a beer to be considered is that it must have been brewed in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland and tasted by the person voting for it in 2010. No entry fees for breweries, no cost to anyone voting, no small tasting panel, just the chance for us to find out what everyone in the country thinks is Britain's Best Beer 2010.
That must be the biggest tasting panel there's ever been!!

So, I'm sure you're thinking which beer is leading the race at the moment? It's a question we're constantly being asked and one that gets the same response - we're not going to tell you until the voting is finished!!
We feel this is the fairest way - we don't want to influence the voting - suffice it to say though that Thornbridge & Marble beers are well thought of, with a good selection of breweries from all over the UK represented.
